Winning awards is nothing new for theBabaSling® baby carrier which has been on the market since 2005, but winning five in one summer is a testament to the products growing popularity and success- a clear leader in the industry.
Practical Pre-School magazine is a comprehensive source of ideas, advice, and information for anyone working with young children in the home or professionally. Each year they hold an awards programme to identify and award excellence in several categories of products that apply to the early years and key stage 1 development, specifically in nurseries, pre-schools, child-minders, and playgroups. This year, after a series of expert reviews, theBabaSling® baby carrier has been awarded a Silver Medal in the Childcare category for its many benefits and practical applications in a child’s health and development.
Loved By Parents is an editorial and review website made for parents, by parents, and has a wealth of information on both the issues and products mums and dads care about. This year they held their first annual LBP Awards where theBabaSling® achieved medals in two categories; a Silver Medal for Best Breastfeeding Product and a Bronze in the Baby Carrier category. This is a very special achievement, not only because the awards are given by consumers, but also because it recognises theBabaSling® as an excellent breastfeeding tool, highlighting its versatility.
Practical Parenting & Pregnancy Awards are one of the most reputable and sought after accolades in the baby industry. Each year hundreds of products apply, a handful is shortlisted, and only the very best are awarded medals after a comprehensive consumer review process. This year theBabaSling® was the only one shouldered carrier to be shortlisted and, after the votes were counted, outranked some of the best-selling carriers on the market to achieve a Silver Medal. But that isn’t all. Right Start Magazine, after several years of success with their Best Toy Guide, have recently launched a new Best Baby Essentials guide which theBabaSling will be included in. The exact medal achieved won’t be announced until the award ceremony on October 6th, but to have already won a place in the guide amongst the best baby products for 2011 is a great honour and the icing on the cake of an incredible awards season for BabaSlings Ltd.
