Delivery Options

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed between Friday 12pm and Sunday 12 midnight will be dispatched on the next working day.

We offer free delivery on orders within the UK that are sent Royal Mail 1st Class (Recorded Delivery) or in case of strike or disruption to Royal Mail service, goods are delivered by APC Mail.

Delivery takes up to 4 days. On occasion this period may be longer (Royal Mail policy is up to a maximum of 14 days for 1st Class mail).

Someone will need to sign for your package. If this is not possible, we suggest leaving a note for your postman asking for it to be delivered to a neighbour. Should you receive a notice of "Attempted Delivery", you can either contact your local depot to request a re-delivery or simply pick the package up yourself directly from the depot.

We also offer Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) within the UK for an added cost of £7.99.

All international orders are shipped Airmail Recorded Delivery which costs £13.03 (delivery times will vary depending on local postal services).
