Returns and Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope you are happy with your new BabaSling and will do our best to help you with any troubles, questions or queries. For help, please either email us at email@example.com or call our customer service telephone at 0800 310 1547
If however, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return the item, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase (excluding your delivery costs) provided the item is returned:
- Within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unused, in re-saleable condition
- With proof of payment (invoice or confirmation email) and the returns form filled in.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds if the above criteria are not fully met.
We also recommend that any returns be sent by Recorded Delivery as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post.
